Bought car paid cash rover drove car m65 to get petrol head gasket went got car home took karight to court but they went insolvent. They sent writ back to court gone away, that was all the spare money i had i could not work as i was recovering from cancer.

I was interested in a car this company had for sale, I was told it was a trade-in from a Main Dealership and that it had under gone a comprehensive check equal to an MOT. I asked for the name of the Dealership but was fobbed off, I suggested contacting the last owner but they refused to let me see the Registration Document. These are the type of Motor Dealers which give all Motor Dealers a bad name. I would strongly advise giving this company a very wide birth, if you can afford to loose money, give it to charity.

owned for under a week but wanted to post my early thoughts .

testdrive was no problem , negotiated a price no problem ( the car i would describe as almost main dealer condition at almost trade price )

there were a couple of body scuffs which they agreed to rectify so we left deposit , , ,

2 days later came across this review site & have to say i called the garage to voice my concerns

chat with sales guy eased my mind & after collecting car 2 days later i was more than happy with the all round service & attitude of all the staff i met.

a 6 months warranty was also provided which i hadn't expected.

decent choice of cars at reasonable prices & i would return quite happily .

my only gripe ? externally well presented but inside was poorly valeted .

I bought a car got a great deal & was happy with the service, The car needed to go into the garage after 2 weeks for minor problem, had NO problems the salesman got it sorted out straight away.I would recommend Karight Centre.

What i would say after reading all the review's on here is we all bought a used car ! Problem's can happen would a good review have been placed if you had not of had problems..........?All the staff was very helpfull when i had a problem some times it's the way you go about complaining,Treat people as you wish tobe treated the staff are doing there job it's not personal.

I visited karight after it being recomended by a friend of mine, I was lookng for a BMW estate and although they never had the exact 1 I was looking for I ended up buying an audi estate. I was left alone to look at all the stock without being pressured I test drove the Audi got the price I wanted for my p/x and done a deal with the salesman called James. I was told the car would not be ready for 48 hours as it neded a mot so I left a deposit and returned 48 hours later picked my car up and was very pleased with the overall experience.

Bought my car 3 weks ago and an now lookin for car for my wife, was lookin for the Karight website and come across this review page. I can say I am amazed at the bad reviews, I found them to be very helpful and I am more than happy with the service they provided for me. I will be returning this weekend and will be buying a car for the wife I can only speak for myself but after how I was treated I am genuinely shocked at the bad write ups on here.

Just want to say a thankyou to Karight Centre for the excellent deal and experience whilst picking up my new car.I sent an e-mail enquiry to Karight regarding a Mercedes e270 that was advertised on Auto Trader, and received a reply within the hour via a phone call from one of the sales team. We negotiaed a deal and I left a deposit over the phone which was to MOT and Tax the vehicle in time for me picking up the vehicle today. I turned up at Karight Centre today having travelled some 180 miles to get there and was given everything I was promised. The car was looking pristine and was taxed and Mot'd as agreed. I took the car for a test drive and it was perfect I then returned to the office sorted all the paperwork out had a cup of coffee and drove away a very happy customer, I will definately be looking up Karight when it comes to renewing my vehicle. Bought a car in feb off these, it was a peugeot 206, i traded in my corsa for it. We asked for warranty incase it broke down, dont know why we bothered cos now we found out our car has 1500 worth of work that needs to be done on it and the warranty only covers 500pound worth of work on it.We rang them up asking for a refund and they didnt want to know, i have a baby on way and they dont care if you get in accident or you have to pay money out aslong as they have your money. you have all been warned dont buy from these.

bought a vuaxhall vectra from them bodywork immaculate and looked a clean car but when i went too view the vehicle and asked for a test drive they went to start vehicle but they had give the car a jump start the car then showed engine management light on dash to which i was told that it was not possible to take car for test drive so i was told that they would send car to be sorted out two days later told that car was ready to test drive everything seemed fine so deal done on car but three days after vehicle bought car just cut out and would not start aa called out they diagnosed cranshaft sensor and lamba sensor took took garage to be done at 125 pounds expense car fine again for a week then same problem aa called out again different faults diagnosed this time came up with camshaft sensor and fuel pump relays at 240 pounds expense the car ran fine again for three and half weeks and once again cut out again would not start again call out again to be told it could be ecu now had enough scrapping car be warned dont by from these be it on your own heads

Do not go near Karight Car Centre!!! Picked my car up 3 weeks ago and have had to spend almost £500 on it already!! Completely unhelpful, dont return phone calls .. once they have your money they dont want to know!!! You have been warned, stay away!!!!
