Sold Me A Newish Ford With A Lifetime Warranty Tha

Sold me a newish Ford with a lifetime warranty that NEVER EXISTED!!! Never set the warranty up. So for the last 18 months I've serviced the car 3 times to discover now the car has a fault I have to pay for that too. Subhuman behaviour

A lovely Nissan Note... I must say I was treated very well.

Terrible After-sales Service

Although I am very happy with the Renault Clio I bought in June last year, the after-sales service I received when I needed some work carrying out was appauling. I was promised that the problem would be dealt with and had to take the car back to them twice, only to be told that the person they had booked me in with 'wasn't in today'. A third appointment was made when they were due to collect my car. This was the day the garage went into administration. No call, no nothing. I had to follow it up again. I feel sorry for [name removed] , who was a real sweetheart, but the other sales staff were all as bad as each other. When I spoke to them about how unhappy I was on one of my 'failed' visits, they told me that it 'wasn't their fault that I had chosen to buy my car from Jason Jones'!!!! Charming! Wish I had looked at some of the reviews before I bought my car!

Disgusting, I saw Jason Jones now running a Citroen Main Dealer in Banbury. I couldn't believe my eyes when he walked out if an office and was introduced to me as the main dealer. Someone needs to stop these kind of crooks just moving and setting up shop somewhere else. Evans Halshaw beware of your new General Manager, I can tell you I certainly didn't buy a car from them! Buyer beware at Evans Halshaw Banbury. The Arthur Daley crew have moved in.

Cheat !

Cheat ! Cannot forget the £250 that he took as a deposti from me which was never refunded once I realised how bad he was and decided not to buy from him . I even suspect the fact that he went into administration so suddenly ,possibly to cheat creditors and run off all under the guise of Stress .

Appallingly Dishonest

I was sold my car with it clearly stated on my sales agreement that the sales price included a 5 year warranty. I was told this would set up with the RAC and be posted onto me but I never received it. In this world we only succeed if we are honest and true to our word, which Jason and his team failed to adhere to and he has subsequently gone into liquidation - karma!! I feel cheated after having checked with RAC who it seems never received any details of my car from Jason Jones Autos.

My advice to anyone buying a car would be to ensure that you have everything not only clearly in writing and also some actual proof of the warranty or any other 'promise' before handing over all you money.

Shocking

Bought there demo 2011 WRX STI. Car was supposed to be a 320r upgrade but they couldn't prove it. Took 3 months to get the upgrade I'd already paid for. When I arrived after a week to pick the car up it wouldn't go, numberplates weren't fitted, no tax and the Metasat security system was not activated.Offered me a C1 to go on with. Subaru had no record of any of these problems when I checked. Ricky clearly tried but had already been led astray by Jason Jones. Luckily I think I got away unscathed.

it looks like he has defrauded a lot of people including me. he sold me a car with outstanding balance. Promised me 2 yr warrant and 12 months road tax which never materialised. What a fraud.

Let us form a group and force police to take action against him

Apalling service, was lied to any times by salesman ricky, wrote and emailed letter of complaint. Twelve months on no reply. Am not surprised company in administration, total rubbish.

Superb Service - A Loss To Many

Jason and his team have always provided a first class service to their many loyal customers and the loss of this dealership will be greatly missed. Our family has purchased four cars from Jason over the years and we have nothing but praise for the friendly, quality service received - nothing was too much trouble and they always went out of their way to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Jason, Ricky, John and the team will be missed and we wish them well during this undoubtedly difficult time.

I completely disagree with your statement. (Name removed) is a bad man and (name removed) is a complete liar, (name removed) is the only decent one! If they had been honest tradesman they would not have found themselves in this situation and been in trouble with the police for fraud, they would still have there business! I wish they had gone out of there way to supply me a car that didnt have a faulty alarm system that left me stranded in a airport car park at 1am alone with my one year old baby, I assure you (name removed) did not go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction as he already had my money!!

Feel sorry for employees of this company, fooled them as he fooled his customers.Bought a LR from this man supposedly with 2 years warranty....despite requests for policy documents ,never recieved them...car was not covered.Tried the same with my wifes car a couple of years ago until i badgered him for the policy. Another issue, few years ago,left with a £2500 bill after cam belt faliure,two months after he fitted it.Did not accept blame! Given PX value on my old car £2000 less than his assistant had given me one week earlier..Needless to say i went elswhere. Karma Jason...will catch up with you.

Totally agree with you, what goes around comes around!! I am another victim of the person who goes by the name (name removed)!! I still have unresolved issues but looks like they will stay unresolved and I am left having learnt a valuable lesson!!
