If any one is thinking of going to Derby Car. Centre on Derwent Street in Derby to get a car think twice. They take your money and never return it. I paid £200 deposit on a car then they later told me it was sold. You can never speak to the same person twice and they fob you off with every excuse under the sun.Even threatened me that if a cancellation form was not completed on the premises I would lose my deposit. A round trip of 100 miles later with no form available on arrival and no deposit yet paid I am at my wits end.

Purchased a car which developed a random electronic problem which was not covered by the warranty. Without hesitation, I was assured by the salesman that they would cover the fault until solved.

Customer service was exemplary at all time, both at the showroom and at the workshop.

Would buy from them again.

The whole experience of buying a used car from these guys was superb . The staff were friendly , helpful and very patient , even when I was repeatedly ringing with annoying questions ! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend and would certainly use them again in the future . I would never have believed that buying a car from somewhere so far from where I live could be so easy or go so smoothly .
