I found a good Skoda Fabia at Car Palace via Autotrader that needed a bit of tlc and Ali helped me. I'm very happy with my new car. Don't let the premises put you off giving Car Palace a visit. The service is excellent, friendly and straight up.

Total rip offs! The same evening as purchasing the car, it wouldn't start due to a dead battery. I then had to pay £60 for a new battery from them.

Within 2 days of purchasing the car the engine light appeared. I've only had this car 3 month and now I've also had to pay £500 for a new air conditioning pump and there is dangerous /poisonous gases circulating around the car! I've also had to replace the fan belt , which was £55. There is now another problem which will be another expense!

I am highly disgusted with this.

I Brought a car from Cars Comfort Ltd the same company as this just trading under a different name. The car cost £4000 and was dangerous to drive as the engine was not attached to the engine mounts, the turbo was faulty, it was mis-firing - it was only firing from three cylinders loads of smoke coming out the back. Now I have had to buy a £500 car to keep me going as the car I bought was useless and dangerous. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

I bought a car from car palace ltd in March 2013.im still driving this car and I'm very happy with my car .today I'm buying a vauxhall corsa for my son.i will strongly recommend to buy ur next car from car palace ltd.

They do not check the cars and will sell it to you with major problems and expect you to fix it. They would also ignore any communication you make with them about these problems.

I saw an ad they placed for a car from this place and it looked like a brilliant deal and said everything was completely fine with the car...so i went to see the car in their 'showroom'/garage. The car looked good but had some scratches along the side. Anyway when i started the engine, the car started shaking and alarm bells went off in my head! They kept trying to give me excuses about it being simple fixable problems but after reading the reviews i wasn't too keen in progressing with anything else. I also feel that for the quality of the cars they are priced too high!!

Overall good garage and service, however I would advise potential buyers to make sure you send the V5 to the DVLA and don't let them do it for you, as they have "conveniently" not sent ours and we're now looking at shelling out £25 to get a new one. Not cool!

They do not check cars just clean them to make them look nice

Ah and count 25 pounds extra for the V5C as they do not send the logbook to DVLA

Having purchased a car from this used car dealer, my advice is stay well clear of them. They don't bother checking there cars and it's totally down to you to spot any problems. They will fob you off with excuses and once they sell you the car they are not interested. There so called 3 month warranty is a waste of time and will only apply to the engine and gear box. They then later exclude the head gasket and timing chain.
