Very Rude

After travelling from the other side of London, we arrived an hour before closing. Having walked around the forecourt for 20 minutes we were not approached by any salesmen. We then went in the office as we wanted to test drive a car. We were told that as they were closing in half an hour and there was only one salesman was there, it was not possible. This was a bit disappointing but as I really liked the car and I was working in the area in the next few days, I said I would call in after work during the week. When I called up later that week to ask to view the car and take it for a test drive, I was told very abruptly that they only offer test drives to people who are "prepared to do a deal on the day". I find this a slightly strange attitude and a bit suspicious. How would I know if I was prepared to do a deal on a car I'd not test driven. I decided to end my interest there.

4 Front Used Cars Are Terrible

I am bemused as to why this car dealer has not been shut by trading standards or VOSA. When I popped down to 4front used bmw in Sidcup to view a bmw 3 series, the guys were agitated. The car I was viewing was older than three years old so I requested to see the MOT certification. At first they felt reluctant to show then, but when they presented the MOT certification, the mileage has not increased regularly with age. The certification shows that it has only done 10,000 plus miles. This was a blatant forgery as the interior of the car was worn out- especially the seat belts.

Please avoid them if you want a genuine car.

Very Disappointing

I was interested in trading in my old car for an Audi A5. I drove down to them to get my car value and find out the difference I am required to pay. The man told me that my car isn’t worth more than a £1- this is a 2001 ford focus.

I was dismayed with the comment made by the rude man. Under no circumstance should anyone speak to someone in that manner.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS RUDE COMPANY.
