“Very good at scamming!”

Although they appear to be resonalbly priced they manage to take your eyes out with changes fees and little things like this. They request photo copies of both parts of licence and for all drivers on the policy, you have to sign a millage disclaiming to so you won't do any more miles then what you have said, and they link you onto another company so you can borrow money from them! Customer service nor helpful either as they constant put you on hold...AVOID. When my insurance is up I will be going back to admiral or defantly another insurance

VARY IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING. Totally agree with all the above but there is more & worse. I personally can honestly say from experience I have had with Adrian Flux you over that they also have a third type of motor insurance ie your about to get ripped off. As for customer service ???? at best that can be only described as merely a pure - non existent recorded irrational cash generating machine, they seem to have an a single objective that is to obtain your hard earned by any means possible ie they throw CCJs & threats around would throw sweats at a kiddies party. I insured my daughters Fiesta with a limited mileage with them ( nightmare) but she went off to university & did not need the car, so I re-registered it in my name & continued the insurance (charged an admin fee) but when I no longer needed the car I wanted the policy changed over to another vehicle they did this (charged an admin fee) without asking for any mileage on either vehicle as the original policy was still currant. when the policy expired I asked for a quote for the later vehicle which was a standard factory product, the quote was way way over the top so I cancelled the policy, it was only at this stage that any mileage was requested. A Month went by till I noticed a debit of nearly £70 withdrawn from my bank account by Adrian Flux, I phoned them to ask what the heck only to be bombarded with lies & fabrications regards them sending me a letter saying they were going to do this, I pointed out to them that I had not received any such letter & the fact of keeping someones bank account & debit details was an offence never mind withdrawing monies without their knowing or consent. They refunded the money (no admission / apology) but within 2 days sent me letter threatening CCJs collection heavies demanding £69 odd for over mileage, I instantly phoned their laughable so called customer services dept to be treated to an organic recording of non rational gimme gimme. I asked that if the vehicle had been involved in an accident in that period of over mileage "would it be insured? she would'nt answer this question as she was the broker not the insurer, I ask to be put in contact with the insurer so I could ask them this question as they appear to be demanding that I part with nearly £70 for insurance I may have not had. At this point she pointed out that the insure was an Adrian Flux company & she doe's represent them, so I asked the question again only for her to reply that she could speak for the insurer (recorded message mode) I asked again pointing out that she had just said she represented the insurer (recorded message mode), this was going nowhere & the person I was actually speaking to was the customer service manager (say no more) she also pointed out that I owe that over mileage & that the insurer gives a discount / refund for under mileage. I also have a highly modified vehicle which I have also insured with Adrian Flux for 4-5 years which has in that period never left my garage so I ask what sort of discount / refund I would get for 8000 miles under mileage? the answer being pretty predictable was oh none sir ! (false claim). This morning I receive another letter from Adrian Flux (here we go again) demanding £94.23 outstanding???? for the later vehicle, of which I was told when I changed the insurance over from the Fiesta & charged an admin fee that is all I will need to pay (OOOPS WRONG) I have not yet rang Adrian Flux regards this demand yet as I really don't feel the need to put myself through the depressing painful experience of t the animal (MONSTER) Adrian Flux calls CUSTOMER SERVICE. Im now considering contacting the the insurers Governing body & obnisman regard this entire fowl exhausting experience. MY HONEST ADVICE WOULD BE TO - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE & RUN FOR YOUR'RE LIFE & WEALTH.
