I've used Kendall Cars quite a few times and they tend to be the best value for money on the market. The service is generally good but can be busy with a queue if you arrive first thing in the morning. The cars we've hired have always been the economy cars as we want to keep costs down, they've always been well kept and reliable with little to no damage. The only negative I would raise is the recently introduced 9p per mile for every mile over 150 miles per day. This didn't use to exist but I understand why they've done it.
