Worst service ever. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE AT ALL. This website should be banned. I ordered a CV and cover letter. My writer was full of ** and knew nothing. He provided a sample format to cover letter and asked me to change it when required !!! please do not spend money on TOPCV OR CV KNOWHOW they are the same people. Fooling people around. Service is not provided and REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN. They keep you in loop and waste your time.

A CV service with a no refund/cancellation policy, particularly when they have failed to deliver the services requested and paid for. They argue that in order to get a refund you must forego 50 pounds for background work which they cannot justify has been completed. This is in poor taste and as far as I am aware the assessment of my original CV was free. Assigning a writer who has not written anything cannot be credited a fee. I urge all to stay away from this service provider.

My CV had someone else work history. I contacted CV Knowhow, where the Head of Customer Service told me this was my fault. Refused to issue a refund. So I paid £145 for a badly copied and pasted CV which I can't use.

They are professional but they are not very careful to gather your requirements. Very disappointed. The cv is not effective / powerful. And when I complained, they asked 75£ for a new cv. If you really want to use this service, just do it, but be careful, because they will take your money too.  There are a lot online, providing with the same service and they are cheaper.

I was really impressed by the layout and content of my new CV. They make the daunting process of creating a cv very painless and efficient. A quick telephone call with the consultant who ran through my career history and picked out the important facts and then got it down into a well presented 2 page document. Thanks for your help

Had my CV and covering letter written by them and I have to say the CV and service was amazing. Not only was the Cvv and letter very high quality but they went that extra to advise and help me with my job search at no extra cost.
