I have had my machine just under the 3 year guarantee and the element is not warming up,I am starting it with warm water and I only use it to knead so am managing by kneading it in the machine and taking it out to rise. My problem when I contacted them is they want me to send it back to Germany for testing before they will send me a new one. If I do that how long will I have to wait so have decided to buy a new one and write this one off. Had hoped I could return it to a Lidl store and collect a replacement from there but too easy.
