4 years ago. Paid this company to walk my dog. They put him into the back of their own van, there was already an un tethered BULL MASTIF inside. The MASTIF attacked my dog and snapped his front leg in half. Had to have leg removed at the shoulder. They never apologized or admitted any responsibility.
