This Dell printer is the worst printer I have ever had since I have been using printers.I have had problems with it staying on once it has been setup for the wireless access. I finally just kept it hooked into a USB portal line.I start to print a paper and the printer just starts spitting out paper after paper with just jibbed characters that does not mean anything to me or what I was trying to print. The ink is so expensive and it does not last as long as it should for the price.You can only order from Dell and that is an inconvenience because one ink might go out and the other ones might still be going strong. It keeps you constantly ordering one or the other. You know that if one of the inks go out and you don't have one to replace it right then the printer will not work at all. I have come to the conclusion that I will only buy a dell desktop if I can find another desktop that I like better I will stop buying dell products completely along with a couple of other name brands that I have used before. Dell what about the convenience of your customers? Why can't we buy ink from other merchants for your printers, is the profits more important than we are? I am junking the Dell V525W all-in-one printer, and you have lost a loyal customer ever since I have been buying computers. I am a great-grandmother working on her Masters in Human Services with a concentrations in Health and Wellness!
