Do not use this company, they leave you stranded at the airport at 11pm with children and an elderly lady after you have been travelling all day, with no explanation and then a refund less exchange rate fluctuations therefore making money without providing the service they were contracted to do. Then on the return journey cancelling despite reassuring me they definitely would turn up to return my family to the airport. Disgraceful customer service and I would hate for you to lose your money and be stranded

We arrived to the airport and there was no driver to collectors. We called the suggested number on the documents and the driver turned up 30 minutes later, no apology or explanation. We found this wait really difficult as we’d been on a flight and had young children ,so didn’t quite work out. To add accident to injury, then the driver took us to the wrong hotel. He then said he couldn’t take us to the right hotel, as he will be late for his next job. He then made us wait for a taxi , which he kindly organised to take us to the correct hotel which was an additional 25 minutes away ..so a little disappointing .

Used to take group of 4 to a rented house in Palma from the airport. There was a bit of a delay entirely due to me not reading zips email properly so going to the wrong place.

I phoned them for advice and they were super helpful. Quickly sorted another driver who could not have been more accommodating. He went as far as possible through the narrow lanes of old town, then walked us yo the door of the house.

Would 100% use Zip again and actually follow their clear advice.

We used Zip for a very early flight from Lanzarote airport. Very easy to book on the website. It stated a 4.15am pick up for a 7am flight, which I thought was too early as airport not open until 5am. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the following day to give me a later pick up time. Very prompt on morning of pick up. It is more expensive than a taxi but worth it for peace of mind for early flights. I would recommend this company.
