“Car damaged and no CCTV covering Short Stay 2”

I parked in the Short Stay Car Park on 03.03.2023 at a prepaid cost of £57 thinking it was better than 2 x taxi fares. On collecting the car on 10.03.2023. I discovered deep scraping and a dent to my near side rear door. It seemed like another vehicle had done this whilst reversing out of the adjacent space. I contacted Newcastle Airport Parking who advised that unfortunately they do not have CCTV to cover the area of the car park where my car was parked. The repairs cost over £400 and so my lesson learned I will not be parking there again.

I returned from a long journey and could not remember where I had parked my car. The two gentlemen in the ticket office could not have been more helpful and took me round the car park and found my car. I am eternally grateful to them. Thankyou

on return from A 5 WEEK VACATION IN Hawaii, COULD NOT FIND OUR CAR , WAS PUZZLED AS i KNEW i PARKED IT BESIDE THE ONLY CORNER BUS PICK UP SHELTER ON SITE , WHILE LOOKING , MY HUSBAND FELL, i WOULD LIKE TO THANK THE DRIVER WHO STOPPED AND ASSISTED HIM, SECONDLY i WOULD LIKE TO THAN A PERSON WHO INFORMED ME THAT AS IT WAS 5 WEEKS SINCE i PARKED THE CAR, WHERE I thought it should have been was impossible as the car park was then under refurbishment, on the imfo I gave him on the shelter he found our car in 5 minutes, so thank-you so much for your kindness, much welcomed after a 27 hr flight,THE STAFF ARE SUPER, ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP, VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Have parked here a number of times, all without problems. Bus drivers are a bit surly usually but this time he actually spoke. A smile and a greeting would be nice and I'm sure it would make his boring job much better.Would recommend for a hassle-free experience

When we arrived back from our two week cruise we made our wa bckt hlon sta car park but low and behold as it was dark when we parked car and the bus was just coming we forgot to write down the location of the car.I left my wife in cabin with the cases and proceeded to look for car but to no avail.Fortunatly one of the security personel was driving round in a van.and asked what the problem was.He got me in van and drove round till we found the car.Our heartfelt thanks to the supervisor and his team from Alpha for the help they gave us.We have always used tis car park but never forgot where we parked and always have had excellent service.

“two week parking”

We booked into the long stay car park at Newcastle international airport. We found a code which gave us a large discount on regular price. The car park was simple to find and we walked to the main building in around 5 minutes. It was very simple to use just drive in and take ticket at barrier. drive out a fortnight later using same ticket no fuss no problems. safe and secure. We would definately use again if found discounted code rate. Highly recommended. made mockery of using public transport and taxi service

“Early morning parking.”

After using the airport several times for early morning flights hassle free, we were very disappointed when we arrived in September and we were directed to use car parks A and B. and a half barrier across the road to the other parking lots. A and B were completely full and after spending time driving round and round decided to pass the half barrier and park in lot G. When we phoned for the bus we were told we should not have parked there but in A or B as it inconvenient for the bus that time on a morning as they are at their busiest. When I explained that A and B were full a bus was sent after about a 30 minutes wait.

“Fast And Easy”

Arrived at the terminal and got parked in the long stay area very easily quite close to the terminal building so never needed the pickup bus which was close by, when returning left the parking area very easily and left the airport with my ticket with no problems at all, would recommend to friends and family with no hesitation......

“Absolutely Excellent”

We used the Meet and Greet service located just next to the entrance of the airport. What a great service. Not only is it convenient, the staff are friendly and welcoming. Easy to use and very reasonably priced considering. The customer Service is also excellent. We faced a very difficult situation and having to extend our holiday during our son's hospital stay and they were superb. Would definitely recommend this service for all. Great for families too given the convenience of the location. Will without doubt use again. Thank you to all staff there.

“Holiday car parking”

We have used this car park a number off times and have never encountered any problem. However if you are in the overflow carparks watch for the one way ramp system as you are leaving. We were leaving there on the 10th october 2014 and driving a toyota auris and as we drove over the ramps they flipped up and damaged the heat shield on the exhaust which has had to be repaired.

“On-site parking review”

The booking process was very easy on-line and the follow-up info as to location and how to enter and depart the car park was very good. The car park was very easy to find and is well signposted at the airport entrance. There is one road around the whole parking area and signs are up at each parking area to say whether there were spaces available. The car park is well lit at night and there are plenty of bus shelters to access the free bus to and from the terminal. Overall it was a good experience

“Lack of buses”

Easy to park only problem was the infrequent buses and the phones in the shelters not working. Had to walk to and from the terminal wasnt far but a bus would have been better.

“Straightforward & Secure”

The whole process is so simple, easy to follow signage and just a short walk to the terminal. The car park is secure and and we have never had any problems. We always pre-book so just drive in park up and drive out on our return. We always fly from Newcastle wherever possible because its easy and safe compared to other airports. I cant really find a negative at all.

“Long Stay Parking”

Recently used this for the first time and will def use again. So simple, just park up and jump on the bus which drops you off outside the airport. The drivers were very friendly and the buses run very regularly. All in all makes life much easier.

The Meet and Greet Parking was excellent, once we had found it. It was not very well signposted. The car park was just outside the Arrivals area and our car was there ready to leave straight away. We would use it again.

“Car parking at Newcastle ”

From arriving at Newcastle everything went smoothly, we dropped our cases off first and then took the car to the car park. We were given a ticket at that time, the bus provided took us to the terminal took about 5 minutes all in. On our return the opposite happened, we put out ticket in at the barrier and out we went. Excellent service, we will certainly use this service again.
