Okay, Not Bad Service Too
We had a problem with our booking which was resolved although it cost us £10 more. Having said that the staff were very friendly, helpful and eager to help us in whatever way they could.
One thing i will say about this company is that they do provide many methods to get in touch. We talked to staff via email, phone, facebook and twitter and this did not confuse staff like it might do with other companies. A thumbsup on that account too.
Will be booking again, just hope our family troubles are behind us next time!
