Although at the time of booking there were issues with the online system, it was easy to contact IMI by phone and email and get the booking finalised. The service feels very personal and when our arrival terminal was changed from South to North it was no issue, they came straight to the North to save us using the transfer.
I have used IMI twice so far and both times the service has been excellent and very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
I'm only giving 4 stars for ease of booking because of the online problem this time, but last time it was very easy.
