Xtrail 1.6DCI Tekna 2016

Changed my Qashqai Tekna for the Xtrail Tekna model 2016. The initial features are great, and many safety features. The only grimace I have having had the car for over 3 months now is the air conditioning does not function when you want it. The compressor has been changed but it has not corrected the problem. This seems to be a fault with the Xtrail and there are others with same problem. Prepare to get hotter in hot weather and the main dealers wont come to your aid even if car is in warranty.
I will be looking to change my loyalty from Nissan to another dealer instead.
For those who have a working Xtrail with no air conditioning issues, keep it under warranty as the repairs are very expensive and unreliable.
Space wise it is spacious but driving on a warm to hot day, forget it.
