Been with this company Lycamobile for ages and to be honest had no problems until recently when they decided to change network from O2 which they piggybacked on to EE , all this done without any form of contact explaining what is happening, well where I am EE is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard , non existant

so materially detrimental, is a case to argue as no signal , so got to wait 8 weeks before OFFcom will get involved not even CEO has had the courage to reply to an e-mail

at the time of review ,will up date if He does , but doubt it

I had a very pleasant experience using Lycamobile services. The only fact I didn't enjoy was delivery, taking more than 5 days to get my SIM card. The rates for Germany are extremely cheap, which is the most important thing for me.
