Paid £560 in March for goods that never came.No reply to emails, noone picks up phone.

They have my money. How can they justify this non attention and more importantly non-refund.?

Ordered some guttering from these as my normal supplier was out of stock. These had it in stock and it was cheaper than i normally pay for the same stuff so will definitely be using these again. Great service and really fast delivery.

This firm failed to deliver my item. Numerous phone calls and unanswered emails led me to believe that they are incapable of servicing orders made online. Just received money back from PayPal they didn't even reply to their emails.

I purchased some products from this company. The products arrived badly damaged and unusable. I contacted the company and sent pictures of the damaged product. Over more than a six month period I left messages and wrote to them with recorded delivery letters. They have not responded to my letters and are not willing to help customers when they are clearly at fault. You should avoid this company at all costs.
