Kwik Fit, Ballymena

Have just been to kwikfit in Ballymena Earliest my puncture could be repaired is Tuesday Despite only 1 car on ramp Most unhelpful guy at reception I month ago had completely the opposite situation in Kwik fit in Newtownards They couldn’t have been more helpful !

Called in on Saturday to get my tyre changed as it kept going down. The worker put air in the tyre and sent us on our way. 50 miles away from home the tyre was completely flat. When the recovery truck eventually arrived the gentleman said the hole in the tyre was so big he could see it with his eyes. He also said that Kwik fit should not have let us drive away with the tyre in that state!!!!

Took my Vauxhall Vivarao into Ballymena Kwik Fit last year in July 2013.They said it'll be done in 2 hours.When we got back with my wife, it was dissembled a waiting oil filter and oil and they said it'll be another few hours,on top of that when the oil filter and oil did arrive,the kwik fit worker was flexing my dip stick.I found out later to my dismay the electronic engine oil level was low when i got it home and had to bring it back for another litre of oil.Also now my dip stick couldn't read oil level because it was bended and you can't re bend hardened plastic dip stick back without breaking it so i had to get it replaced at vauxhall costing m £15.I have vowed never to return to them for servicing!
