We used this company for a trial basis for 3months to help us with our Facebook advertising. What a complete waste of hard earned money it was! They assign an account manager who takes no time to understand our business and the 'creativity' they apply to posts and Facebook ads is apalling. A 7-year old could have acheived better results! We had to spend a considerable amount of our time continually checking and re-checking their posts. Suffice to say we did not renew their contract after the trial period!

As a new author I soon became aware of the need to have a social media presence. I combine writing with a full time job and so find this difficult to maintain. I have found Giraffe to be approachable, efficient and most importantly extremely effective and together I think we have achieved a lot over the last few months.

They are clearly experts in their field; however they manage to maintain a very friendly and helpful manner. It would seem that a lot of their reward comes from the helping of other businesses. In our initial meeting, they really took the time to try and understand my company, and this understanding is extremely evident in the social media presence they have created me.
