Studio Rouge photography based in Reading is a family run business, led by an award winning father that was recommended by a friend. However, my experience of dealing with the elder daughter has left a bitter taste in my mouth. The first contact was regarding newborn photography and we exchanged a couple of pleasant emails before just nothing.

When we started to look for wedding photographers I overlooked this previous experience and tried them again. We exchanged a lovely email then when I heard nothing I rang and spoke to [name removed]. She was snappy and have a poor excuse blaming her email system before booking an appointment for us to meet at their studio in a couple of days. We arrived at the studio as planned but she wast there and didn't bother to turn up at all leaving her poor younger brother to look after us. I asked for her to call me but absolutely nothing, not even an apology.

They seem to have decent offering but our concern was the number of over styled and forced looking shots, but I guess they would cater for all tastes if they decide your money is good enough.

There are plenty of gorgeous newborn and amazing wedding photographers in the same area that are lovely to deal with.
