labels that weren't very sticky and the writing quality was terrible to the point you could hardly read it! My customer sent me a pic and I passed the image onto the company which they thought looked fine! I called and spoke to the director Nickoll who was really unhelpful and downright rude! She stated I would need to return the labels which my customer had binned as they were terrible and was expecting my customer to pay to send them back to me and for me to pay to send them back to her business! Her customer service skills are shocking. AVOID this company like the plague, if you have any issues you don't have a hope in hell of receiving a refund! Basically taking money from people! By the looks of some of the comments we are not the only ones been on the receiving end of there shady service!

The web page used to upload the image is not clear with instructions. Therefore when we received our business cards they were not in the correct proportions.

I called to explain the problem and ask how we can rectify this. I was told very rudely that I obviously got confused and they can't understand what I'm talking about. They said they were not willing to offer any discount or accept any responsibility for their badly designed website. But then actually admitted to me that they have just changed the upload page to help with this matter (AFTER we had used this service, so no good to us now!)

They suggested I should go elsewhere as they have had problems with us before - yes, indeed they have, they had once sent us business cards in totally the wrong colour!!

I gladly agreed that we would be taking our business elsewhere, after listening to more insults from them I was so offended I had to hang up.

After looking around the internet for a while a various website for business cards, I finally came across Beanprint, I placed an order and was shocked at how quickly they came, and don't be fooled in to thinking that the cards would be of poor quality, they where fantastic.

I would highly recommend them as they have such a fast delivery time and the quality is as good as any other cards I have received before.

I read the other review here and really don't understand it. I have used beanprint for the last 2 years for business cards and promotional material. I am always amazed how quick they turn around the work and the quality they send me.

I would definitely rate them as 5 stars and have recommended them to many of my friends who have been equally happy.

Maybe the other person works for a competitor!

I ordered 500 business cards from beanprint, I uploaded my file and it looked fine, a few days later the cards turn up, half the card is completely different shade than the image file I sent, and so it was not legible and therefore no good! I sent an e-mail to beanprint to which they replied to about 1 week later! stating that the cards where fine and that it was to do with the brightness on my PC, even if I turn it down to its lowest it is still 3-4 times brighter than what is on the cards I recieved, they are in total denial about it and had not responded to any further emails from myself, now I am down over £50 and have to find another printers, one that is honest and legit in the products they offer!

DO NOT TAKE THE RISK WITH THESE GUYS!
