Toshiba Satellite Pro C850-14C

I purchased tis laptop and from the moment I turned it on, it came on in a foreign language that I later discovered was Finnish. Upon contacting the seller, he more or less indicated that it was my fault as he implied that I had set it up wrong, but I was unable to set it up as it was already in Finnish. The seller suggested I contact Toshiba Technical Support to sort this out. This I did, and it took one and a half hours on the phone and a further three hours to sort the problem out, Toshiba make a charge for this srvice and there was also the cost of the phone call. despite having sent three e-mails to the seller, I have yet to recieve a reply. I have now got the laptop working, but it skips pages when I am working with it.

I ordered this online and had it delivered to The IT Crowd in Bromley. I originally ordered a laptop but found it was out of stock. I called the guys at Saveonlaptops and they helped me re-order just paying the difference. My laptop was delivered within 24 hours to the IT Crowd who cleaned it all up for me and transffered everything from my old laptop. What a great service. would definatley recommend both The IT Crowd and Saveonlaptops. The IT Crown are on Saveonlaptops website.

I paid £299 for this laptop and for that price I think I have a bargain. I looked at a few and had help from Eddie at The It Crowd. Went through my Daughters needs so didn't have to pay over the odds.
