Judging from the other two reviews above this is about par for the course. We had booked for the full weekend and fortunately I was able to sort another one at short notice from another supplier.

STEER WELL CLEAR

I recently sent off a booking form to bouncy parties who stated that the castle I wanted was available and that I could hire it for June 13th so I sent all details as asked to have a reply that I now can't have the castle that all drivers are unavailable 3 days before my children's party! So I phoned up to see if I could pay the extra to get it the day before or even change the party time to later to give them time to get to me both options were unavailable which now I'm left to find a castle for Saturday!

I do want to add that I had previously hired one the same time last year and it was fine delivery and pick up was good felt the generator could of been a bit bigger as castle didn't seem overly bouncy but kids enjoyed it and so did all adults that came. That's the reason why I choose them again due to the last service!

I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this company if you want to have a stress free party and don't want to be let down!

We found Bouncy Parties to be unreliable, unresponsive, obtuse, incompetent and rude - all the things you don't want from a provider of services for your party. The first time we booked a bouncy castle with this Orpington-based outfit they were simply very late - we made the mistake of giving them a second chance. This time they didn't show up at all, didn't answer calls as the situation turned critical, and were completely unapologetic when we eventually did get through, acting wronged that a customer might express unhappiness with the let down. These guys really don't care, so don't make the mistake of entrusting them with the success of your event as we did; certainly don't believe the confirmaton email that they send you as you may might well end up with the same lame "somebody called us and cancelled your booking" line that we got when they couldn't get their act together and deliver what we had ordered. Unless the prospect of deeply disappointed kiddies and extreme frustraton is your intended party theme, what else can I say - use these cowboys at your own peril.
