Somthing very fishy about this company as they never answer the phone or reply to emails so impossible to contact.

Their web site home page always say it's closed as I have been tried every day for close to 3 weeks now,although it will let you put all your details in including your BANK DETAILS!!!!!! This is not right & should never be allowed.

Never answer the phone or reply to emails so virtually impossible to contact if you have any issues.

They delivered the tyres to the fitting centre that I selected from their list but they refused to fit them as they did not know who was going to pay for the fitting & had never dealt with Easywheels before.

Tried to contact them on several occasions by phone & email but they never answered any of them.

To cut a long story short I had to pay the fitting centre myself, meaning that I had paid twice. All of my attempts to contact Easywheels regarding this have been ignored. I will never use them again.

Came across Easywheels.co.uk via google, I was looking for a set of reasonably priced tyres for my car. I shopped around ALOT and Easywheels gave me the run flat tyres at such a good price. The price displayed includes fitting and VAT, they also have a huge array of garages, once I entered my postcode a local garage only 1.2 miles from my home address was showing.

I called the customer service team to confirm everything and they were very helpful, I also received a email with all my details on, when I arrived at the garage, the tyres were fitted really quickly. A good experience all round. Highly reccomended.
