I am extremely unhappy , disappointed and disgusted with the appalling service given by this company. They are totally unprofessional, uncaring and unwilling to solve an ongoing issue. In brief, the laptop needed attention to the DC socket which I cannot verify any detail. After several days the laptop was returned to me with a partially charged battery and the guarantee that it was now able to accept a dc input charge, for this I paid £25 with no receipt or indication of a guarantee. I checked the laptop and found that the keyboard now no longer operated and that there was some severe cosmetic damage to the casing of the laptop around the DC socket area, this was not mentioned to me. I requested you collect the laptop and check for the problem with the keyboard and again after several days it appears that a fix could not be made and the only option was a remote keyboard. Also, not only has the DC jack plug on the PSU has been tampered with and PVC taped back together it now no longer has any output. I rest my case and it will be your decision to use this company but don't say that I didn't warn you!
