Bad communication and bad service. I ordered a tabla set on one day and on the second day I regret my decision and wanted to cancel the order and sent them an email that I wanted to cancel it but I didn't get any answers. I didn't even get a confirmation email when I bought the item that the order has been dispatched. Then I called them approximately 6 times and almost everytime they said that they would call me back which they didn't even do once (which by the way cost me a lot of money to call them), not to mention that they ridicule and laughed at me when I was trying to explain my situation to them. However, then the item was already on its way and I couldn't cancel it and I couldn't send it back either because then I would have to pay for customs duty to send it back which would cost me a fortune.

Bought an instrument from this company online and had to return it, they said that was fine and aknowledged that they had received the item back but then I couldn't get them to give my money back, they kept saying they had done it when they hadn't and in the end, 6 weeks after they got the item back I had to get my bank to get them to give the Mony back.

I have purchased many instruments and dancing bells from Jas Musicals in Southall both online and in person. To date I have a tabla set, several dohl drums for school, dancing bells and a harmonium. I use the instruments in my local primary school when teaching the children about Indian music. The instruments are of excellent quality, are hardy enough to withstand use by primary school children and also are of the right size for little ones - I purchased some baby dohls too! The service is excellent and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the instruments and give excellent advice and guidance. Delivery is prompt and instruments are very well packed to protect them in transit.

I cannot recommend Jas Musicals highly enough! This is THE place to go if you want the highest quality instruments at a very good price with professional service!Outstanding!
