I wanted some advice about the wheels i was looking at. The live chat went through in less than 30 seconds and the operator, Ethan, was more than helpful and polite.

He answered all my questions and even gave me the option of picking the goods up from the depot myself to save on postage.

I scoured the internet for a good alloy wheel company and finally decided on this company. As I am based in Hong Kong, this was no easy feet especially finding a reputable and reliable business to deal with.

I sent an email and was promptly answered by Ethan. As I could not order through their online channel to ship to Hong Kong, I enquired and arranged to pay via paypal. Ethan then sent me an invoice the next day whilst at the same time confirming receipt of payment. From there, daily emails gave me much comfort and within two weeks I received the rims needed - 17" AEZ Wave rims. The size was difficult to find, but Ethan managed all that. The box was water damaged but none of this was due to alloy wheel world but rather tranportaion problems. In any case it was covered by insurance and the actual rims were in perfect brand new condition once I opened the box. Could not have asked for more. Communication was good, getting the right product was key, price was right and the cream on top was receiving them promptly. I could not recommend you guys more...

Alloy wheel world were one of the companies on my list to talk to re rims for my transporter T5. Ethan was very upfront about the pitfalls of putting non van rated rims on my transporter, including telling me I should contact my insuarance company prior to purchase to confirm that the rim selected (not van rated) would not invalidate my insurance (it would have been so easy for him to take the order), unfortunatley my insurance company were not happy with non van rated rims. Subsequently I found a rim from Autec which was van rated and Alloy wheel world had just taken on the line. Ethan was able to confirm that this rim was van rated and came with a TUV certificate didn't need spigot rings and could use VW oem bolts. Order was placed with delayed delivery date due to being holiday straight after placing order. Delivery arrived on time as promised, packed well and very good quality.

Ordered set of dotz muguellos 18" for my bmw 330i with falken tyres. I Was Advised by Ethan, Who was a great help, He gave me a estimated delivery time after confirming with company.

once I paid for goods and considering the alloys came from germany they were with me withing 5 working days! which was amazing i was more than pleased.

It really took a long time before I found the right good-looking set of rims for my little Micra... When I saw the Inovit wheels firstly I was surprised by its price, really reasonable for me (I study at the university), but most of all from its racing and plain design.

So I entered in contact with the seller, one of the few that were selling these wheels. The shop answered a little bit late to my request, but I really was satisfied about the service, really friendly and at hand!

Then in 2-3 deays I decided the colour and I payed the rims and the seller put in the boxes also the spigot rims and the bolts... They arrived in just 5 working days from the sending date (monday to friday) and I've got them now on my car!

They look simply astonishing in white! I think I made the right choice!!

Also, the expedition time was very very fast for 4 packages travelling from UK to Italy with the courier.

While searching the internet for upgrade wheels for my 2011 Volkswagen Golf GTD, I happened across the Oxigin branded products and in particular the Oxigin Sparrow design with colored inserts. While extending that search, I was attracted to the Alloy Wheel World website with its great range of wheels and good pricing

Upon emailing Alloy Wheel World with an appropriate enquiry, I was very pleased to receive a prompt and helpful response from Paul Harrop. Paul assisted with finalisation of all details and arranged the shipping to me in Australia. The process was very satisfying with excellent communication, follow-up, and delivery

Unfortunately, one of the four rims sustained damage in transit, but Paul was quickly able to arrange supply of a replacement rim without fuss or delay and importantly at no cost to me. Unbelievably that rim also sustained damage in transit but I had it repaired locally to save further delay and costs which no doubt would be unrecoverable from the carriers

The transaction, apart from the in transit damage, was handled with total professionalism by Paul and Alloy Wheel World and was well supported by Oxigin in Germany. The in transit damage caused by the international carriers between UK and Australia tends to dampen the overall satisfaction

The International Freight Industry needs to address its care and handling procedures as the carriers in this instance certainly degraded its workers
