I ordered this on Sunday and received it today (Wednesday), so am more than happy! I felt compelled to write a review after reading quite a few bad ones on this company. I have to say I didn't do any research and quite stupidly ordered without knowing who this company was, when I didn't receive (or so I thought) a confirmation email, I started to panic and did some research which was not good, however, my confirmation email did actually come through in the junk mail, I then received an email to say it had been despatched yesterday and today I have received it. As far as price comparison goes, it's retailing at a similar price to John Lewis, could have possibly got it cheaper elsewhere but I'm happy and it's the genuine article.

If you call the Telephone No. supplied on the website, no one will answer. If you send query emails, no one will answer. They state the No. of stock on the website, but the information must be untrue, as it has been more than 3 weeks since the order, and I have not yet received any of the items, even though 3 of the items were supposed to have been in stock at the time of the order.

I managed to get in touch with them after some research into the company "When Sparks Fly Ltd." who owns "Brio Train Sets" and many other similar webistes (all their phones not answering similarly!), I was told that 3 items (different from the above) will be dispatched soon, and the remaining item to come back in stock the following week. However, nothing has arrived, their phone is not answering again, and now even my account on their website has disappeared!! I am probably going to just lose all my money.

Don't order from them, nor any of the other "When Sparks Fly Ltd." websites. I think they are just full of lies.
