Is a horrible company that sells EXPIRED ROTTEN FOOD!!! We purchased goods over $90 and half of the items ware at least 6 months passed the expiration date, I don’t know why these people cheats their customers by selling these food that totally unsafe to even smell! And some packages were damaged and things were leaking from it!!! And to make it worse there were some missing items too. It was the most Horrible experience ever, I think I have said enough!!!

I spent 80.00 and had to throw out almost everything due to every item being past it's expiration date. I'm not going to bother spending the money to send it back in hopes of a refund, because if you saw what I received you would understand how it is unlikely I would get a refund + THE COST OF SHIPPING BACK. This company should be shut down. They are selling OLD and EXPIRED products. IT IS UNSAFE!!!!!!!!

my credit card being charged but i never received my package that i ordered, almost 2 week pass by. email them no respond very disappointed with efooddepot

my item was damage due to unprofessional packing from efooddepot. Contacted them and told to send the proof which i did, few days later they just ignore my complaing pretending they will take care this complaints neither i got call or email about my issue.

they charge extra fees as they claim free shipping - DEFECTIVE SHIPPING & HANDLING

Horrible experience with efooddepot. 3 out of 5 that i ordered EXPIRED! they are going extra mile to hide the expiration date by pasting their company sticker on it, i found out as soon as i open one of them and it smells really bad. Their shipping is not impressive as what it mention on few reviewer (it take 5 days for them to ship, additional 2 - 4 days to get it).

Efooddepot is the worst online shopping i ever bought from, they ship expired items and damage goods. I ordered from Efooddepot for $86.46 and 2/3 of the foods either damage due to poor packaging or expired.

Prices seem good. Unfortunately, if they make a mistake, they don't care. I received the wrong product and asked them to send the right product. They said they only do that if they get 1/2 or the full order wrong. What???? They sometimes get the FULL order wrong????

To be fair, they say they're going to issue me a credit. Unfortunately, they're going to subtract out the price of the wrong item they sent in calculating the credit. I bought an 8 oz product at a lower price. They sent me a 2 oz product at a higher price. They thus subtracted the higher price item in calculating my credit. I wouldn't have even objected if they only issued me 3/4 of my price because I received 2 oz of the product. I just think it's ridiculous that I have to pay a higher price for an item I didn't order.

This was my second time to order from them. They messed up on my first order, and I was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, they just don't care about fulfilling orders correctly. If they actually tried to satisfy our complaints, they would probably decrease the percentage of incorrect orders. Right now, there is simply no incentive.

Do yourself a favor. Don't order from them unless you don't care about being forced to pay for things you didn't order.

I've been here in US for over 10 years and even though they have foods that I love here I still miss my country food. It's hard to find Indonesian food here and by accident, I was searching for a hard-to-find indonesian instant noodle and found efooddepot.com. Ended up purchasing more than the noodles and I couldn't be happier with my purchase!

I placed the order on last Friday and within the same day I received the tracking number and I received the products today (Wednesday)! I can't wait to start cooking!

Thanks efooddepot.com for your excellent service and great prices! I'll be purchasing from them again VERY soon!
