La Rosiere

Chalet was basic but reasonable. Bedrooms were very small, dining and living area was spacious though. Chalet hosts were very friendly and very helpful. The food was better than average although not fine dining. Excellent cakes. Wine was very mixed.

The pool area was a huge bonus and kids loved it. The sauna and steam room didn't get switched on until 4pm and we would have preferred it on earlier as came back from skiing earlier due to having small children.

We were told that any extra guests would be informed that there were two families already booked in and that we would be told if any other guests made a reservation. This was not the case for either side which was a disappointment and you can imagine that the extra guests were thrilled by the arrival of all the kids!
