Please accept my apologies for any problems you experienced with the wine-club. I'm sorry to hear you were not aware you had joined the service as we do try and make it as clear as possible on any vouchers, on the website and then in an email. However we're always happy to cancel any membership if it has been joined in error.
I'm sorry to hear that you received rude service, and that's certainly not something we would come to expect from our customer service team. As the issue was some time ago, I believe you managed to get it sorted.
