wwe went in early evening 5.30 unbooked

Great menu, child friendly throughout. Waitress superb, wrote nothing down and got order 100% spot on.

food great, fresh and tasty.

Nice and airy conservatory are to the rear was great on a summer evening. several couples already in when we arrived and we were directed there, probably to keep the 3 kids out of the way, but we welcome it.

toilets clean, service excellent no more that 12 minutes for main course.

new chef handover/shift change at 6pm and then it all changed, we saw and heard Noisy east european chefs arguing with each other, shouting loudly at full volume and slamming around. Massive distraction and just not acceptable.

Service was superb and the waitress just kept apologising but she was clearly embarrassed.

Shame. No manager visible to resolve it and they were still hurling insults luckily in Polish, until we left.
