Filthy Toilets & a rip off.

Went because web site said Oct half term half price so £26 for family ticket however when we arrived were told we had to pay £53 because we had not printed off a voucher and brought it with us (no mention of this on website), so be aware.
We arrived mid morning however the rides did not open until well after lunch time. Most of the kiosks did not bother to open at all, The animals looked cold and miserable and few made an appearance. On the drive through we saw a dead animal surrounded by staff chatting and not doing much. All in all it was a disappointing experience but I must make a comment about
the ladies toilets, which were in an appalling state. They were absolutely filthy. I lifted the seat and wished very much that I hadn't, they were caked in fecal matter, a real health hazard.
I will not be returning.

Also Customer Service Dept terrible, contacted them, they did not bother to reply!
