My mother in-law booked a market experience as a Christmas box but I was taken into hospital with a server asthma attack. my partner then informed the zoo that I was in hospital, they said to phone back when I came out to rebook, but later hat following day they advised my partner that I could not rebook or have refund we were not asking for a refund just to rebook and they said they would not rebook as we did not give 7 days’ notice, unfortunate asthma does not give 7 days’ notice, so if you are disabled or have medical problems I would stay clear of this zoo
