the nyknyc weight vest is so comfortable it feels amazing and when you wear it you actually look nice . Other vests will make you look like a mad bomber or the micheline man this one is very sleek and slim looking . for osteoporosis the vest will make you gain bone mass very quickly and no medication at all being used you will still gain bone mass , while you walk or do anything at all , cant say enuf about it !
