Complete nightmare!!!

This company is an absolute joke!! I booked 3 appointments and planned them all out on the first call to them. I turned up for my first appointment to be told that the machine wasn't working so they couldn't do it. The next 2 appointments were cancelled. I tried several times (6-7) to rebook but could never get anybody on the phone. I then, after about 2 weeks of trying, decided to get a refund as I was clearly wasting my time. I got straight through to customer service and got a very polite girl who took all my details and passed them on to the refund department. Two days later (on 23rd April) I received an email from them saying my refund had been processed and would be in my account in 5 working days. It is now 22nd May and I still have not received my refund. I have sent an email, left two voicemails, sent my details via their website contact form and spoken to two staff in the meantime and still have gotten nowhere. I then had the misfortune to speak to a girl on the phone before who couldn't have made it any clearer she did not want to be at work, couldn't not be bothered to speak to me, was quite rude in her mannerism and clearly didn't like me questioning whether somebody would ACTUALLY contact me when she said they would. I have had my full of this terrible company and to make it worse they still haven't given me my money back! (hopefully it'll be sorted eventually) Please do yourself a favour and avoid this company like the bleedin plague!!!
