I have all of her videos, and she definitely pushes you to better yourself. I love how she is able to talk through the work outs. I really see a difference within a few weeks. My stamina and strength increases daily and I owe it to him. Recently have been doing the 30 day shred, and Let me tell you it is work but when you are seeing results in your favor it is worth it! It isn't your normal toe touch and stepping exercises. She has taken many years of experience and put it into her videos. Just gotta find the video you love!

The 30 day shred DVD is brilliant. I've done everything, gym, classes, other DVD's but this is the only one where I was able to keep it up for a sustained period. Every day you do a 20 minute workout (+about 6 mins warm up/cool down). You do 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and one minute abs and you do that 3 times. Within those sets you have two exercises that you do for 30 seconds. As you can imagine you never get bored with it. There are 3 levels that you do over 10 days each with a break every 5 days. It worked great, I lost 7lbs and 2 inches off my waist!
