They are displaying a Trusted Shops Guarantee logo that is actuallly illegal as they are not a member. They do not respond to multiple emails and after initial delays there are still multiple packs that were not delivered. Shame as the packs were pleasant. But there are other providers. Do not entrust your hard-earned money to this chaotic bunch of chancers.

Order was sent to wrong address, no tracking info sent to me. On request tracking no sent and i checked and it was sent to an unrelated address where there was no one to sign. I had to change the address with DPD twice now, still not received. I called numerous times and never got a call back. Just the odd email failing to progress anything. When you call them it's a busy call centre and a message handler takes your details. Then you might get one of said unhelpful emails back but NEVER a call. They have my money which I've disputed with PayPal now and I'm going to pursue. Completely unethical money grabbing company. But hey boossh sounds like sooooo much fun!

I ordered nearly £200 worth of diet products from Boossh on 14th April, having already had one satisfactory order from them, but the only thing I received from the latest order was some cereal packets. When I complained they said they'd send again but still nothing arrived so I asked for my money back. Over three months later I'm still waiting for my money back, no explanation whatsoever as to why and they never return phone calls. Have had to conclude that I'm not going to see my money again and want to warn other people not to make the same mistake. I've never had such a bad experience ordering online, would absolutely not recommend them to anyone.

As my title says Yes I did, I lost weight, I felt great about myself, I did recommend to a friend and all because of Boossh. I am still on the meal replacement diet as still have some more weight to get rid of and get to a healthy BMI but I know I will succeed with Boossh, what with their great tasting products and on line support... I will get there. My journey may be a long one but the light at the end of the tunnel is finally coming in to view. Thanks Boossh... x x

This is the best thing I have ever done. I have always struggled to lose weight, and this is the only thing that has worked for me. I feel amazing after losing the weight, I have so much more confidence and enjoy life more. I truly would recommend to anyone wanting to lose weight. There is so much support available when on this and the customer service i got was just amazing. They truly understood how i felt and any concerns i had and helped keep me motivated. I can not speak highly enough of this as a whole package. If you are wanting to lose weight then i would definitely recommend you do this. It will be the best change you could make in your life!

I think the Boossh diet is great I have lost 2stone and have recommended it to my friends at work who have now started it. The vanilla smoothie is one of my favourite drinks thank u Boossh keep coming up with these great meal replacements love them

I really love Boossh and all that goes with it. I love the variation of the plan and the fact that there are so many products to choose from. It really does not feel like youre on a diet at all. My particular favourite is the fact that you can add the skinny noodles or pasta to your meals to bulk them up, this works perfectly for me. As long as I keep a bar for my late night munchies, I find it is not a struggle at all. I would definately recommend Boossh to anyone.

I have been Boosshing for around 7 weeks now and the results speak for themselves, I have lost 42lbs in that time and I am like a new woman!!

The food tastes great and there is so much variety, unlike other brands!

Team Boossh are always on hand to help me if I need anythin and they are there up until 11pm which. Is great for me when the children have gone to bed!

I would highly recommend Boossh to anyone. The foodpacks taste delicious, the pricing is very fair, especially as you get loyalty points which give you money off your next order. Great customer service and superfast delivery!!

Definately better than the orher brands available and the results prove it.....2 stone lost in only 4 weeks!!!!
