We have had nothing but problems with our gift list with Debenhams - from guests being unable to view items or purchase gift cards to STILL waiting for the money our guests gave us 6 weeks after the wedding. I have contacted their customer service team several times and have been assured that someone from the Newcastle branch will contact me but 2 weeks later we are still waiting for a response from them.
Disgraceful service and wouldn't use them again.
