I was on the website looking at their gowns and picked one I liked, went to the payment site but at the last minute decided to cancel the payment, however for some reason it still went through. I immediately emailed their customer service department (joke of a name because there is NO customer service) to say that I didnt want to proceed with the order and to please refund my payment. No response. Despite FIVE emails, I have yet to hear from anyone regarding this and they still have not refunded my money. Shocking site - avoid it like the plague!

The dress I was sent looked nothing like the photo and the company refused to refund me...and now I am left seeking compensation. This is a company who won't refund your money and now, rather strangely the company has changed name to Jade Gowns....that is after I threatened legal action. Luckily for me it was an evening dress...some poor bride could be left worse off than me

Over £100 of hard earned money wasted on these people. The dress was late to begin with. The customer service lady refused to allow me to speak with a manager. The dress was a joke, cheap, nasty, didn't fit, awful, just awful. I was devastated. I took photo evidence and quotes from the site to justify my request for a refund or part refund but had nothing but a rude email conversation with her over several weeks. It's one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had. Don't do it trust me, it will not be worth it.

I ordered a made to measure dress from Taylorgowns, big mistake! The first thing I noticed when I opened the parcel was how cheap the material looked, considering the price I paid I expected better quality, it was by no means an inexpensive dress. Upon trying the dress on I became even more disappointed, though it had been made to measure it had been poorly constructed. One side of the bodice fitted beautifully but the other side gapped & hung open under the arm in a really odd fashion. Completely unwearable! Also where the dress had been made to measure they didn't bother to alter other parts of the dress in proportion, in order for the neck strap to have fitted properly I would need to be six foot tall & not the 5' 3" I'd given as my height. I wrote an email to them with photos supplied to explain the issue & their response was I could get it fixed (at my cost) by a dressmaker so it fitted me, unbelievable as I paid them to make it to fit me! I wrote back to say this was not an acceptable solution & they have not responded to my emails. If you want cheap tatty goods & terrible customer service then use this company! If you don't I suggest you shop else where.

The dress neither matched the photo or description, and the company want me to send it to Hong Kong at my expense where they can inspect it and decide whether i get a refund. I am not at the point of involving trading standards. Wish I had paid attention to other bad reviews. I am very suspicious about everything about this company now, wish I had never trusted them with an order. For me at least it was a cocktail dress, if this had been for a wedding, it would have been an awful situation.

Horrendous dresses badly made! Never buy from Taylor dresses. They don't have a returns policy even thought he say they do and will not refund your money if needed! The dresses I bought did not fit and were badly put together. I have nothing good to say about this company. It is dishonest and a sham. Dress thrown together in a factory in Hong Kong! If only I had notice that when I went to buy them! Please do not buy from Taylor gowns uk they are not producing good quality dresses. They are copying designs. You will not get what you see in the picture. I wish I had looked up reviews for this website before I bought! I won't be caught out like that again.

I ordered mother of the bride dress from Taylorgowns.com and would highly recommend this store!! I loved the dress and could not have asked for anything better!
