Th dress was of poor quality, with visible stitching in pleats and parts that were falling apart.

When contacting the support team I was asked for photos, which is fair enough. After the photos had been sent they agreed the dress was 'broken' yet maybe it would look ok in photos!!!

After much to ing and fro ing and them not agreeing to a refund even tho they admited the dress was not up to standard thy then took this comment back and refused a refund!!! They said it 'broken' then they said if it was broken they would give a refund but it was not 'broken'!!! Totally contradicting themselves.

Not only that but the replies were in very poor English and the dress came from china even tho advertised as an Australian company.

Do not use this website!!! Such poor service!
