35% return for a dress I can never wear. Although lovely, this dress does not fit and will only serve as a reminder in my closet of who not to order from... JJ's house is clearly out of touch with women and 21st century shoppers and their need to exchange or return goods. What's sadder yet is that JJ's House has lost my future business and the future business of friends and family as their products are unpredictable. It would have been more cost effective for them to offer a full return. As for customers asked to send pictures of how the product fits. It is appalling to think that a company would try to tell me how a dress fits by judging my body in it.
