Safe yourself time, money and aggravation! Do NOT order anything from this website! They have poor quality merchandise. It takes forever for them to even ship it or get it to you and their sizes are all messed up and not what they say they are. They will not return, refund or exchange anything even though that info is never disclosed when you make the purchase. I ordered my wedding dress and was dissatisfied on so many levels- they would not let me return it or exchange it and kept on telling me that is what I ordered. Horrible - terrible experience and I would not recommend that anyone ever go to their website let alone give them any of their money! Very upset and dissatisfied! They should let your know that they do not except return or exchanges and that it is a Final Sale!

I was looking for 4 bridesmaid dresses on the internet? I saw a stunning dress on honey buy for a good price. I saw the reviews for the site which were mixed so decided to buy one dress in case it didnt arrive how I expected it to look. Well I was right to do so. The colour wasn't what I expected but I was willing to overlook that aspect. The dress was lovely & looked good quality. However the dress was 3 sizes too small! Yes 3 sizes! I wrote to the them & explained and they wrote back insisting that they had checked it before it was despatched. They sent me the measurements of the dress & they weren't even the sizes I ordered. I then measured the dress myself & found that those measurements were no where near the measurements they claimed to have sent me. They refused a refund or an exchange. When I emailed them back, the email kept failing. On the 7th attempt I can only conclude that they have either changed their domain & up & left or blocked me. I'm. Now stuck with a dress that doesn't fit me.

I had all if my bridesmaids order from honeybuy.com as a cute less expensive option. All of the dresses were made or different lengths. 3 of my bridesmaids had to reorder their dress (since there are no returns). One of them did custom measurements and it was still made incorrectly. Now 10 days before the wedding, she still has no wearable dress. I contacted the company and they want me to pay AGAIN. Ridiculous.

Don't add this stress to your wedding. Didn't save any of my girls money.

I bought a shower faucet for my new bathroom. Upon receiving it I couldn't figure out how it would work myself so I called in a couple different plumbers. Everyone said the same thing, its missing the integral parts to complete the install. I contacted Honeybuy.com and asked for the parts or detailed instructions in case I was missing something. Oh ya I should mention there were no instructions, literally nothing. They told me there are no instructions and a licensed plumber would be able to complete the install and there is no refunds for a product that is not broken. We went back and forth about a dozen times and finally I had to give up. They would not budge and offered nothing for my loss. The person handling the customer service claims to know english but there is so much lost in translation that the conversation is pretty useless.

I wanted a sexy purple knee-length dress for my 40th birthday party on the 27th July. I read some bad reviews for Honeybuy.com and some good ones but the good ones outweighed the bad so I took a chance and ordered. Really glad I did. Found the perfect dress that I had custom made in my choice of colour. I ordered on the 24/06/12 and asked told them I needed it to be delivered by the 18th July. Communication between them was excellent. They answered any queries I had within 4 hours every time. DHL had actually tried to deliver it on the 13/07/12 so it was early but I was out and it needs signing for. I rearranged delivery for today (18th) and it came! And boy, was it worth it! The Grape colour I ordered is slightly lighter than I expected but I really don't care. The dress is gorgeous and sexy. It's been made to my exact measurements and is a perfect fit. I would advise that even though it's got a built-in bra, because I'm large chested it doesn't exactly work so I've got to use a strapless bra but again, I don't care, it still looks gorgeous. I will definitely buy from here again

I was looking for a yellow cap sleeve dress for my daughters maid of honor and found one on www.honeybuy.com dress #2116. The dress was going to be made in China - I wasn't real comfortable ordering that far but for $108.00 gave it a shot. The dress came quickly - about 3 weeks , was made exactly to the measurements we gave, double lined, with boning in the bodice, color was exactly as show in the one line photos. I have not seen that level of quality here in the US. I am looking now at ordering my dress from honeybuy. Joly aswered questions from me quickly via email 3 or 4 times. So don't hesitate to use them.
