It was my first wedding dress shop to go into. I was so excited. I walked into the shop and no one came over to see if I needed any help. I didn't know I had to book an appointment as it was my first time and never had any experience with weddings before. Me and my friend picked up a beautiful dress to have a member of staff then come over and take the dress off us. Asked if I had an appointment which I said no I didn't know I had to have one. They said I could book in 2 hours time. I was considering it until another lady came out who worked there which I found extremely rude and asked me when my wedding was(not in a congratulating way either) I explained I hadn't booked it yet she pulled a face and said well sorry we cannot do anything and walked off. Came out the shop very upset and angry will not ever go in there again!
