Poor Customer Service
I paid for some spare parts for a trampoline. Item was never delivered. Thry ignored my email msg asking for refund. There is no contact number to actually call. Do not buy fron this website !!

Terrible Terrible Terrible
I made a purchase almost a year ago of a Rebo big foot jeep, we had problems from the start but the email details on the paperwork were incorrect so couldn't get any assistance there, also no reply on the phone number! Eventually found details to email! I advised that the car was poor quality and that one of the wheels had split ( I was told to email photo's) they agreed to send me a replacement wheel but expected me to pay £9.95 to cover the postage! I refused to do this, and they did send the replacement. I asked on more than one occasion for a costing for spare parts, as I knew that I would be requiring plenty of them. For some reason they just would not give me these costings.
On the up side when the car did work the children had so much fun, on the down side the motor didn't even last 8 months! I wish I had read some reviews prior to making a very expensive purchase.
Sometimes things do go wrong - it's all about how things are rectified, my experience with this company they have no desire to put things right and they have shown no regard for their customer!

Went to purchase a trampoline from this bunch and clicked cancel at the last step. The company still charged me for the product and I asked for a refund. Gave a reasonable length of time for them to refund me. Prompted them on email which they decided to ignore numerous times. Tried to call but their only number has an answer machine that states contact us via email. I WOULD IF YOU WOULD ANSWER YOUR EMAIL.Eventually after much delay had to send two recorded delivery letters to the owners threatening legal action and quoting statutory contracts. Absolutely avoid at all costs, if this is how they treat someone with a simple admin/tech problem god help you if you have a problem with your product and such poor customer service. Don't forget to avoid playtimes on eBay and Amazon. Also trading as rebo UK. Buyer beware!

Ordered a number of products was waited for delivery eventually chased it up my self and told all out of stock, nightmare to get refunded. Go to a more reputable trader and save the hassle.

Ordered My 10ft Trampoline On Thursday Lunchtime A
Ordered my 10ft trampoline on Thursday lunchtime and first thing the next morning the courier had arrived with the item.
Two separate boxes made it a bit cumbersome, but then again, if it had all been in a single box it would have been very heavy and awkward to move.
Has some issues putting it together, so I called their customer service line and although they took a little while to answer, they were soon able to help me out - always good when the company selling an item are actually knowledgeable in how it works/is put together.
Overall the item was of a good quality, the delivery quick, the price good value and the aftersales team helpful - would use again.
