Terrible Service
I ordered & paid through Pay-Pal the above item on 16 Nov. So far despite 2 emails still no item. The 0800 no. is unobtainable. I agree with all the other reviews and wished I looked at these reviews before ordering. I shall write to Amazon to warn them since this company is on their website. I would give NO star if there is such a choice! Even if the item were to arrive today I would never deal with this company again. I shall also warn all my friends.

THIS COMPANY ARE ADVERTISING ITEMS ON THEIR WEBSITE, AND TAKING MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS AND NOT DELIVERYING - I HAVE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THEY ARE NOW TRADING ON EBAY UNDER CHEESYBUGTOYSANDGAMES - SELLER NAME

Beware: No Way Of Contacting Company If There's A Problem
Complete lack of service, communication and no regard whatsever for customers. Beware: the company's published telephone numbers are not operational. It does not respond to emails or letters and there is no way of speaking or getting through to any employee (if there are any). The website looks very professional, says all the right things and you even get an acknowledgement after placing an order. After that, you hear nothing. I was waiting for goods to arrive for my daughter's birthday. Its terms and conditions state that items will be dispatched within 1-2 days or you will receive an email if items are not in stock. After 5 days I had received nothing and heard nothing so emailed the company. Its website says to expect a response within 24-hours. I received no response so I tried both numbers which are not operational, sent a further email and letter to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Having done this, the goods did arrive - but not before I had been out and purchased them elsewhere. Dilemma - do I send the goods back? The company clearly has problems and, therefore, I have decided to keep the duplicate goods and sell them on ebay or something as I am extremely dubious about any forthcoming refund. Lesson: Don't be duped by glossy, professional looking websites and in future I will be putting a quick call into new suppliers to make sure they are who they say they are and, at the very least, ensure there's someone to speak to in the event of a problem.

How On Earth Is This Company Still Allowed To Trade
No communications other than confirmation of payment, no goods delivered and a dispute lodged with PayPal.
This is not what you expect out of an online trader in todays day and age - this guy is not someone having a garage clearout and putting things on ebay. They are supposed to be a professional trading company.
You can only assume they are ripping hundreds of people off, some of which will not know how to lodge a dispute to get their money back.
The 50% of people who say they are happy with this company CAN ONLY BE MR CHEESYBUG PROVIDING POSITIVE REVIEWS HIMSELF!!!

I stupidly ordered from them last week without checking them out. They took my money and I've heard nothing since. Managed to find a new contact address/number in Colchester. Finally got someone to answer the phone just to say that they're nothing to do with the firm!!!! Rubbish. DON'T USE THEM.

Avoid this company at all costs and spend your hard earned money at a more reputable firm, even if the product costs more. Purchased a spinning see saw for my daughters 6th birthday and it broke dangerously with protruding sharp metal edges within 2 weeks. Emailed Cheesybug several times over the course of a month before any sort of reply, they then asked for photos to be sent, which we did about 6 weeks ago, still awaiting reply. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, if I ran my firm this way I would have gone bust some time ago. I just hope that this comment will discourage anybody from purchasing from this cowboy outfit.

I have the same complaint as everyone else seems to have, paid for an item, and never received it.
If you want your money back its not hard to find him, but just avoid CheesybugToys in the first place.

Paid for 2 items no contact from seller, except email to confirm order. Still waiting for delivery 3 weeks later, no more contact from seller despite several emails, requesting an update. Now resorted to claiming back money from PayPal, do not order from this company, disgraceful customer service.
I've had the same experience. I ordered an item and it seems that there is no way of contacting them. NEVER BUY FROM CHEESY BUG TOYS.

AVOID Cheesy Bug Toys. Thank goodness for great credit card companies - ours refunded us - hope you will be as lucky if you attempt to deal with this company. No communications. Industrial Unit locked up. No signs of life.
