Needed a Scott part quickly, for a race at the weekend, they borrowed one off a bike to fix me up! Big help thanks :-)

Went into wallis cycles this morning to get my gears set up, and he said no he couldn't do it, and that I should maybe take it back to where I bought it from, he never offered to booked my bike in or explain why he couldn't do it, worst customer service I've ever experienced, I live in Walton Le dale and I'm all up for supporting your local businesses, but I would not recommend taking your bike to wallis cycles for repair.

In the end I went to fulwood cycles and they could help me enough, my bike will be ready in the morning ready to ride.

I ordered a pair of tyres from Wallis Cycles which arrived quickly but without the innertubes which were included in the advert. This turned out to be an issue with Continental, who no longer include the tubes with the tyres, but Wallis offered to send some out and honour the advert anyway. Excellent customer service and communications (thank you Andy). I would wholeheartedly recommend Wallis and will certainly be buying from them again.

My order was processed within minutes of submission, I received an e-mail confirming my requiremnts, I also received e-mails throughout the process t advise me on dispatch, the goods arrived when advised. It has been a simple experience with no issues I would definately use again!

I ordered some body armour which they didn't have in stock, they proactively contacted me and offered to ship me a version without the spine protector to check size while they waited for delivery. I didn't do this as I was confident but was great communication and very proactive.

Kept me fully up to speed on purchase, got it delivered very quickly and didn't fail on communication despite ending up in hospital having been knocked off his road bike!

I purchased a black/silver bottle cage for my new specialized crosstrail bike. I know the scott version is identical to the elite version, but as i wanted black/silver hence my purchase of this cage from Wallis cycles.

The item arrived quickly in the post and i soon had it fitted to the bike.

ordered 2 continental bike tyres at best price.they even do home delivery if you live locally!..fantastic!!!

Although they were busy I was served immediately and luckily the freewheel I needed was available as well as the inner tubes which are excellent quality and good value.
