Helpful Advice Given
I needed a drysuit suitable for dinghy sailing. There was plenty of information on the web-site which was useful but I needed advice regarding the size to order, as I am a small adult. The person I spoke to on the telephone was very helpful and also reassuring regarding return, if the fit was poor. This saved me going for the extra cost of custom-made.
My drysuit plus undergarments arrived as per the delivery information. The fit was fine and I have been very happy with the quality of everything.

My wayfarer launching trolley collapsed at the wrong time, I needed a new one quickly, I rang TridentUK and they said if I paid an extra £20 It would be dispatched today and would arrive Thursday (3 days time). For that reason I placed the order.I was given no order ref number, no tracking number. No name of who I spoke to. Thursday came and went no delivery. Friday morning I rang them, they said it was due for delivery Friday and was only sent out Thursday, they forgot ? Nothing could be done,I should have taken the name of the person I spoke to ? They then said they would ring straight back to confirm delivery date. I asked for order number or tracking number but this was not given. They did not phone back so I rang after 3 hours (had to explain everything again)then was told a different story they said it was marked for dispatch on Thursday. Trident customer service and communication is the worst I have encountered in years. Hopefully they will take this review on the chin and tighten up their customer focus and processes.
Hi Stephen, We are sorry you aren't happy with the service we provided you, as I explained on Friday 1st when your trolley was deliver, Steve who took your order understood that we would dispatch the trolley by Thursday on a next day delivery. Obviously there has been a misunderstanding between the two of. It is standard practice for us to send our trolleys on a next day delivery and we sent yours as soon as it was ready.
Given the miss understanding I am prepared to offer you a voucher for £20, against the cost of carriage.
