Worst Customer Service Ever.
I ordered an item over a week before they dispatched the item & I really needed the item before going on a holiday that I had planned for. When I rang a customer service representative to inquire about the item, he gave the impression that this was an entirely normal issue, further advocating that this happens only 'rarely', but didn't seem to offer any apology or any conclusive justification for the cause of this issue. Millet Sports has the worst customer service in comparison to any of the other Sports companies i.e. Sweatband & TennisNuts, which are far superior to them in terms of delivery times and customer service. I'm never using this unreliable website again & wouldn't recommend it - they claim that their delivery time is within a week of the order, but they don't even dispatch the item within that time period.

Extremely Fast Turnaround
Used Millet Sports online for the first time March 2014.
I'm not sure if this is part of the Millets high street chain, however, I ordered a pair of Asics running shoes, which were 35% cheaper than anywhere else that I could find and included free delivery.
The items were delivered 48 hours later and I am delighted with both the service and the product.
Regular Millet Sports Customer
I have ordered from Millet Sports repeatedly for the last two years. I have never had any major issues and everything is always fine. If I could change anything it would be that their delivery times are a little slow. Also the refund/exchange process isn't great as you have to pay to send the items back... this can be quite pricey if you're unsure. Luckily we have only ever had to return items twice due to them not fitting. I think this is an area they can improve on.
They send regular 5pound off vouchers which are helpful but I just wish they would deliver items a bit faster!

Where do you start with my experience of Millet Sports??
Well its my first (& last) time I will be ordering from these muppets. I ordered a Suunto Ambit 2 watch, only for the item to be kept in processing for 48 hours, even though my money had been taken. I contacted their customer service & to be fair got a response quite quickly, but then began the email tennis, with the usual morose responses, "It'll be shipped today" "Our shipping is usually quicker than this" " We'll do our best to get it to sooner"
Anyway, after threatening to cancel, they upgraded my shipping to next day 100% PROMISE!!!
I didn't hear anything back from them in 24 hours, so I contacted them, only for another dumb ass to tell me the watch will be another week!!!
In reality I should of just purchased the watch from a good company like Amazon, than attempting to save a few pounds with idiots like these.
The sooner companies like Millet Sports go under, the better.

Not What I Ordered
I ordered a men's Triathlon top from the web site - activeinstinct. It arrived about a week later but when I opend the parcel it turned out to be a lady's triathlon vest. I complained by phone and was sent a return label by email to attach to the parcel. I posted it at mt local post office and got proof of postage. I left it a week and emailed them, they stated that it had not arrived. I have emailed each day and each time got the same response stating it had not arrived. It has been over two weeks now and still nothing positive from Millets just increasingly unhelpful emails from them. They just do not seem to want to help. I would never use them ever again.

What A Pathetic On-line Experience I Have Had Whil
What a pathetic on-line experience I have had whilst dealing with these web shopping amateurs. I placed an order on the 4th Dec plenty of time before any snow arrived, no sign of the order after the 3 - 5 working days had passed. Sent several e-mails with no response other than to state that they had received my e-mail. Tried to contact them by phone, every department rang out, all in all a very frustrating experience. It will be trading standards next. Shop here at your own peril.
